Product Descrition:
Xanthan gum is a higher purity powder solid. It is a dispersed, opaque, high molecular weight biopolymer product, which can be used in most water-based systems and is salt resistant and calcium resistant. Xanthan gum has good suspension capacity and shear dilution, and can withstand temperature up to 120 ℃. It needs to add bactericide to prevent fermentation. When the pH value of the mud is greater than 10, Xanthan gum will react with dissolved calcium ions to generate precipitation, but the salt resistance ability can generally meet the needs.
Application:
Improving the viscosity and shear force of freshwater or saline systems, suitable for drilling, milling, downhole reaming, gravel filling operations, suspension sealing agents, and weighting agents.

Recommended dosage
The recommended dosage is 0.3-6 kg/m3, directly added through the feeding funnel, with a speed controlled at one bag every 20-25 minutes. Fully shearing can quickly hydrate it and avoid the formation of "fish eyes".
